What is the difference between ‘impact management’  and ‘impact measurement’?

‘Impact management’ is about data that helps you deliver the biggest impact with the resources available – using data to learn about, change and improve your programmes and services. ‘Impact measurement’ or ‘evaluation’ is about measuring the impact that your programme or service has, and requires advanced research methods and resources. It is best to see them as a continuum; you can collect valuable data about users, engagement, feedback and outcomes right away, while looking at impact is harder and you should try to get some expert advice.
